If you need to get your animal fixed as soon as possible, please schedule an appointment with one of our three partners, and upload your confirmation in the voucher application. We will issue an invoice for your co-pay and the PAID receipt will be your voucher.

We will pre-pay for your services and provide you with a TCAP voucher.

Once you have secured an appointment, request your voucher using the application above. We will send you an invoice for your co-pay. Your PAID receipt will be your voucher.​

FAQ
We require a co-pay for each animal to reserve your appointment and/or voucher.

$25.00 for dogs (includes surgery, rabies vaccination, microchip, and recovery cone)

$10.00 for cats (includes surgery, rabies vaccination, microchip)

Some exclusions apply and we will waive the co-pay on a case-by-case basis.​
General Animal Requirements:

Patients must be older than 8 weeks and/or 2 pounds.

Patients must be less than 6 years old unless an "Against Medical Advisement" form is signed or pre-anesthetic bloodwork is performed.

Patients must be under 100 pounds OR be able to comfortably fit inside the mobile cages.

If a female dog/cat has recently had a litter, the young must be weaned.

Proof of rabies vaccination within the last year is required. Please bring a rabies certificate to check-in (a rabies tag is NOT sufficient) or a vaccination will be required at surgery.

Pets should not have any food after midnight the night before.

Cats should be brought in a hard sided carrier lined with something absorbent. Dogs need to be brought on a leash, or in your arms (for smaller pets).
